Balkankar Dunav is a specialized company manifacturing of battery driven tow tracktors, dumpers, platforms and forklifts. Our trucks are manufactured in accordance with technical documents and standarts reflecting to all stages of design and testing. We have reports and acceptance certificates issued by authorised Bulgarian laboratories and foreign control commettee representatives confirming that our products meet the reguirements. We offer services such as machine-tools, welding, cutting and folding operations. Our production is certified and meets all the safety requirements according to bulgarian legislation, EU and GOST-R ( Russia’s standard). Battery driven tow tractors Type: ET 508, ET 512, ET 514 and ET 516 Traction force: 125kN., 250kN. and 400kN. The electrical system of the tow tractor can be offered in either with: circuit closer; impulse regulator manifactured by CURTIS, SEVKON or ZAPI. The engines can also be submitted with: protecting roof for versions ET 508 and ET 512; cabin with or withouf doors for versions ET 514 and ET 516. These battery-driven traction-engines may also be equiped with a platform trailer RP 551, which one has a bearing capacity of 2000kg. Battery driven dumpers Type: ES 301 and ES 302 Bearing capacity: 2000kg. There are two versions of the electrical system: circuit closer; impulse regulator manifactured by CURTIS, SEVKON or ZAPI. The electrical and brake gear systems are the same as the systems of the platform trucks. Options at customers will: cabin with or without doors; heating and wind creen whiper; board, extended platform with 1000mm. additional space; extended load capacity to 3000kg.; cover; colour at customers will; painting colour; hydro-servo control of the trucks. Platform battery driven trucks Bearing capacity: 1000kg., 2000kg., 3000kg. There are two versions of the electrical system: circuit closer; impulse regulator manifactured by CURTIS, SEVKON or ZAPI. The brake gear for variants EP 001, EP 006 and EP 011 uses rear axle braking, whreas the variants EP 002, EP 005 and EP 012 are based on four braking wheels.
