The company was founded in 2001, as the result of a joint venture between the Swedish group SFFAB that had 25 years of experience in business brokerage, and the Portuguese group ONEBIZ - a leader in specialised business services. Onebiz took over the Swedish company in 2006, changing ownership to 100% Portuguese private capital.
