Termonord Ltd. /LLC/ has been on the Bulgarian market since 2006 with subject of activity manufacturing and installation of AL and PVC windows. Termonord Ltd. works primarily with AL and PVC systems for windows and doors by leading European and Bulgarian manufacturers of aluminum windows and PVC windows. The management of Termonord Ltd. strives to achieve optimal conditions for effective and efficient management of the quality system. The quality management system has been developed in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO 9001: 2000. The main objective of its development and implementation by the Company is the desire to achieve confidence in their ability to produce AL and PVC windows meeting the requirements for quality according to the accepted practices in the country and Europe. Termonord Ltd. offers VIVA Plast PVC windows With its 3, 4 and new 5 chamber system VIVA Plast profile ensures excellent heat and hydro insulation even under the worst weather conditions. The originally fitted TPV sealant allows better hydro, heat and sound insulation at a temperature of -50C to +70о C degrees, which increases the energy capacity of the window frames. By using reinforcement metal profile the manufacturing process of PVC windows is facilitated. The variety of profiles allows an easy choice of the desired design. The PVC foil panels are in rich color range which enables the window frames to suit each taste. Using the latest German and Austrian technologies, tools and materials, ensures the production of high quality profiles. Using the best quality raw materials in accordance with international standards, the PVC windows offered by Termonord Ltd. are resistant to extreme weather conditions. AL windows Termonord Ltd. Termonord Ltd. provides aluminum system by Altest Company - 530 ESKIMOS differs from the PONY system in that it has a thermo device through polyamide which is 24 mm in frame profile and 20-22 mm in wing profile. The function of the polyamide profile is divided into two profile parts for breaking off the heat transfer, and thus provides better heat insulation The system completely meets all the European standards for the production of AL windows. Another advantage of this system is that it is constructed in a way that it can be used all types of openings - single axial and two axial in the manufactured windows and doors. The clean design of the profiles allows the use of a wide variety of fittings, hinges and other accessories. The system is made with 3 sealants - central, external and internal, as the central sealant is specially designed for 530 ESKIMOS. The profiles of this system enable the placement of glass units from 20 mm to 29 mm, depending on the customers desire. According to DIN 1725 T1 standards the aluminum used in the manufacture of the profiles of the system 530 ESKIMOS is AIMgSiO0, 5 F22 and meets all the standards and requirements for quality. For a correct orientation it is firstly needed an accurate idea of the conditions under which a glass unit would be operated. SF (solar factor) - solar factor, a percentage of the total amount of heat that has been passed by the glass unit in the premise. U [W/m2.K] - heat transfer coefficient. The much lower value of the heat transfer coefficient U, the better insulation provided by the material. Sound insulation characteristics of the glass units: Rw dB - noise coefficient measured in decibels. Takes values within 25 to typical glazing, 30 for simple glass units with a minimum thickness of 20 mm, 35 single-chamber glass units with greater thickness, 40-45 in double glazed windows, above 50 for custom design. Noise suppression in % - supporting data compared to a simple glazing without sound insulation qualities.
