CAPS Ltd was founded in 1993 as a producer of aluminium pilfer-proof screw caps sized 28 x 17 mm. Production of 31.5 x 24 mm caps was introduced in 1996 and the product range was enlarged to include all models listed in the tables. Thermoshrinkable PVC capsules were introduced in 1997. CAPS produces various types of capsules by request of the clients: Transparent caps with or without a top, coloured band, horizontal or vertical tear-off band, and hot stamp or flexo; Coloured, mat or glossy, according to Pantone; A hologram tear-off band with a possibility to print the client's logo and UV inks seen at UV light to enhance the copyright protection. CAPS designs and makes pre-print preparation from a sample or at a customer specification. The wide range of diameters allows the use of the capsules for gas bottles, jars, etc. We offer transportation of our products. Aluminium screw caps Pilfer Proof The caps Pilfer Proof are made of alloy A8011 aluminum sheets with outer lacquering effects and possibilities for further relief imaging. The inside of the caps is lacquered and there is either an elastic ring of expanded polythene to prevent the liquid from leaking or a dosing device. The caps are suitable for screwing on glass and plastic bottles for alcoholic and soft drinks and medicines. The tear-off ring at the bottom part separates after opening and further closure is guaranteed. Thermoshrinkable capsules The capsules are produced of transversal thermoshrinkable transparent or coloured PVC foil with width 75 μm, with possibilities for flexo and/or hot stamp. The top of the capsule can be of transparent or aluminum foil. Horizontal or vertical tear-off band by client's request is an option. The capsules are suitable for use on glass or plastic bottles. Our customers are wine producers, spirit distillers and bottling companies from Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro, Moldova, Armenia and Georgia.
