Construction Company Monolit - 21 - Andonov and Zahov Ltd. was established in order to offer on the construction market completed engineering products. The construction company offers overall implementation of construction sites including construction of engineering infrastructure.
The company provides all types of construction and assembly works - foundations (excavation, formworks, reinforcement, concrete, masonry), finishing works, interior and exterior water supply and sewerage networks and electrical installations. In our work we investigate and use the latest building materials.

- Certificate № I - 004599 - for execution of first group construction works, from first to fifth category;
- Certificate № II - 001100 - for execution of second group construction works, third and fourth category;
- Certificate № III - 001113 - for execution of third group construction works, second and third category
- Certificate № IV - 002103 - for execution of fourth group construction works, from first to third category;
- Certificate № V - 003554 - fifth group, execution of different types of construction and assembly works;

- We have highly qualified managerial personnel and executive staff who have proven themselves repeatedly in the execution of a number of major construction projects.
- We have our own reinforcement workshop. The working in it specialists perform qualitatively all the reinforcement steel.
