SITARA-M Ltd. is a representative for Bulgaria of some of Europes leading manufacturers and suppliers operating in the field of lifting equipment for people with disabilities. SITARA-M Ltd. offers staircase platforms, vertical hoists, chain staircase conveyors, hoists intended for pools and airplanes. The Danish concern CAMA Lift Aps and the Swedish company CIBES Lift AB are manufacturers of platform lifts designed primarily for people with disabilities, with proven leading positions on the European market. Others, represented by our partners are the Austrian company Lehner Lifttechnik GmbH, Peter Auer GmbH from Germany and the Swedish manufacturer MPR LIFTS AB, which have an exceptionally vast range of equipment, ensuring comfort and affordable environment of the wheelchair users and people with disabilities in the movement. The presented by us hoists and conveyors have a broad field of application. They could be successfully used as a solution for new buildings, but the greatest advantage is that they are exceptionally suitable for providing an accessible environment in already the existing buildings and premises. Without the necessity for a major reconstruction, the staircase and vertical platforms and chain conveyors can be used in houses, public and commercial buildings, schools, sports facilities, shopping and entertainment centers, garages and parking lots, underpasses and overpasses, exterior and interior installation. Among the clients of SITARA-M Ltd are: DAITS - staircase platform in the Central Post Office in Sofia, District Administration Plovdiv and Dobrich, the Municipality of Smolyan, The office of the National Ombudsman of the Republic of Bulgaria, the buildings of the Commission for Protection against Discrimination (CPD), 8 Secondary School, 49 Secondary School, Spanish Secondary School in Sofia and the library in Ruse are already available for people with disabilities thanks to the staircase platforms SAMA Lift EA7. During the autumn of 2011, under an implementation of a stage of an infrastructure project of national importance, 8 (eight) staircase hoists OMEGA were installed in the underpass in part of the stations on the international railway route Plovdiv - Svilengrad, making them accessible to people with disabilities.
