Description
Luc's Beer House opened on 1 October in Studentski grad, at the place of the former Bar na Kraya na Vselenata. The beer house offers unique live beer, produced in Tryavna Beer House, using Belgian raw materials, Belgian recipe and technology. The beer is always fresh, with no preservatives and stabilizers. Luc's varieties are 4 – golden and pleasantly bitter Light, Amber, Dark (with savory), and Fruit.
So far customers could try the live beer only in the brewery, but the unique equipment makes it possible for it to reach them, always remaining fresh.
How does live beer differ from the ordinary beer
- It is not filtered – part of the brewer's yeast, which is useful for the health, is preserved
- It is not pasteurized – the unique fresh taste of hops and malt is retained
- No stabilizers are used – the primary identity and natural appearance is preserved /without chemical processing/
The beer house in Studentski grad works every day from 11 a.m. until midnight.
