Construction company BG HOUSE Ltd. is specialized in the manufacture of prefabricated houses and modular houses and offers:
- prefabricated houses, under customers individual project (we do not manufacture standard houses);
- modular houses for France, under a patented technology by the Investor;

- For the solidwood joinery, which we manufacture, we have a certificate for technical testing carried out by a French laboratory;

Passive houses
In this section we would like the technology of passive houses. Some of you may have heard of this type of buildings, others – maybe not.
In Europe, the construction of passive houses is not new, but in Bulgaria is not so popular. In practice, this is a house that heats and cools itself, without the participation of active heating and cooling systems.
The technology of passive houses can seem a little unrealistic to you, but it is a fact. Of course, this result is achieved with careful planning and keeping of some basic principles.
But living in a passive house is exceptionally pleasant!
The residents of passive houses always have higher levels of heating and sound comfort. The surface temperature of the surrounding elements in the room never differs with more than two degrees from the temperature of the room. The use of joinery with triple glazing lets you even touch the windows in winter without feeling cold. The levels of soundproofing in passive houses are higher than those of conventional buildings.
Modular houses
Modular houses are houses built on a metal foundation. They are used as permanent home or a holiday home.
Modular houses are manufactured in the factory of BG HOUSE Ltd., they are furnished / furniture, bathroom furniture, kitchen furniture / and after that they are transported in modules to clients in France.
Furniture for modular houses / kitchens, bathroom furniture and bedroom furniture/ are manufactured from softwood of BG HOUSE. The implementation of the houses is luxuious.
The prices of the prefabricated houses are determined according to the plan of the client, the materials, which he have chosen, and according to the finishing works.
Prices of the prefabricated houses
The prices of the prefabricated houses, built by BG HOUSE Ltd. are determined by the requirements of the clients.
BG HOUSE Ltd. is a construction company that manufactures individual prefabricated houses and does not work with catalogues.
Unlike other manufacturers, we not offer standard types of houses and therefore we do not have price list for them.
Determinant for the final price of the prefabricated house is:
- thickness of the panel and insulation (we make a difference between exterior walls and interior walls, we do not use the same panels, because insulation is thicker in exterior walls)
- the type of exterior insulation and its thickness (you can schoose between EPS insulation with thickness from 20 to 100-120 mm; Fibran; stone wool, etc.)
- the type of exterior cladding (BAUMIT plaster; wood claddin (Siberian Larch Cladding);
- the type of facade joinery and interior doors (we offer solid wood joinery with double glazing; interior doors with HDF panels and solidwood; PVC joinery and Aluminium profiles)
- the type of flooring (standard - terracotta and laminate parquet flooring or luxury - a mosaic of natural walnut, oak or cherry; oak natural parquet - tangential, bamboo flooring, granite, etc.)
- the type of installation (construction of the house) – rough construction, finish yourself, turnkey
It is important to note that we do not sell by sq.m. We do not offer an average price per m2.
The houses we manufacture are individual and their prices are calculated according to the project and your requirements.
And one more thing: when you make a comparison between solid construction and prefabricated construction, compare the offers you receive and what they include. Standard solid construction includes first coat and putty and it cant be compared with an offer for a prefabricated house with a turnkey construction.
