The main activity of MADARA TERM is primary and final thermal and chemical-thermal processing of steel and cast-iron castings and forgings of details for the machine production.
The modern equipment we have allows us to make: volumetric and superficial hardening in a protective atmosphere, low and high temperature annealing, normalization, cementation, carbon nitriding, ion nitriding.
MADARA TERM, part of the holding MADARA GROUP, is young and modern company with the ambition to win leading positions in the industry. Here are working specialists with high qualifications and extensive experience in heat processing. We have considerable production capacity that meets the European and international standards.
MADARA TERM has the following production capacities:
Line shaft furnace for gas cementation C-105-5 pieces with an option for heat processing of detail with length up to 1400 mm and diameter 600 mm
Thermal line by the Austrian company AICHELIN, consisting of three pieces chamber furnaces, low and high temperature annealing, machine for washing and degreasing. The capacity per charge is 1000 kg gross for each furnace.
Line for ion nitriding with 3 pieces of installations ION-100
Line for hydraulic presses - 10.50 and 250 tons.
Machine for cleaning of metal products
The company works continually throughout the year with short lead times and high quality of the thermal processing, meeting all the requirements of technical documentation and of the customer.
