Description
Cooperation “Doverie” is located in the village of Lesidren and started its activity in the field of stock breeding – production of veal and pork, in 1995.
Since then, the cooperation has been developing rapidly, expanding its scope of activities, modernizing its production factory and in 2010 it started the production of a full range of products under the brand of “Stara planina” and added game meat products to its assortment.
Cooperation “Doverie” also offers:
Fodder production - in order to feed its animals, the cooperation has a fodder factory in which the main raw materials are wheat, corn, barley, soybean groats and sunflower groats, bran.
Pig farming and pig fattening - the complex is constantly renovating its facilities in order to improve the conditions for animals. The cooperation breeds 420 sows and approximately 7200 piglets per year.
Calf fattening - every year the cooperation buys about 720 calves, “type A”. It has implemented a computer system for a balanced feeding of animals.
Slaughterhouse and a factory for meat processing with a quality control system. It produces approximately 140 types of packages of fresh veal and pork, sausages, boiled and smoked meat, delicacies.
The production of cooperation “Doverie” is a proprietary trademark “Kachestvo ot Balkana” (Quality from the Balkan mountains) and it is spread into a well-organized and expanding distribution network of 21 stores in Sofia, Pleven, Lovech, Teteven, Troyan and others.
