Kremto - Krasimir Krastanov ST is licensed inspection body of A type according to the requirements of BSS EN ISO / IEC 17020:2005. In 2010 to the company was granted a license for execution of technical surveillance of high risk facilities through implementing and maintaining a system of quality management according to the requirements of BSS EN ISO / IEC 17020:2005.

Kremto - Krasimir Krastanov ST has its own calibrated equipment and tools for execution of technical inspection of the supervised sites for which the company is responsible. All the inspections and testing are subject to the developed by the company operational procedures for execution of technical surveillance

High Risk Facilities

The company has a license and provides its customers with execution of technical surveillance of the following high risk facilities:

• Flatbed cranes, regardless of their lifting capacity
• Load Hoisting Cranes with manual drive mechanism for moving, regardless their lifting capacity
• Load Hoisting Cranes with lifting capacity up to 5 t including
• Excavators intended for operating with hook grapples or electromagnet
• Load Hoisting electric wheelbarrow moving on above ground railroad tracks
• Electric hoists, not mounted cranes
• Load clamping tools - hooks, grapples, electromagnetic, spreaders and others, intended for lifting equipment
• Changeable load clamping devices, hung on the load hoisting hook - , slings, clamps, sleepers, vacuum clamps
• Mobile work platforms

• Railroad tracks to the facilities under Art. 1, item 1, 2, 3 and 7 of the Ordinance for Safe Operation and Technical Surveillance of Lifting Facilities
• Suspended baskets for lifting of people

Technical Surveillance of high risk facilities

The Technical surveillance of HRF (high risk facilities) is mandatory regulations for design, installation and operation. This in turn ensures the secure for the human and the environment operation of these facilities.

According to the requirements of Art. 100 of the Ordinance for Safe Operation and Technical Surveillance of Lifting Facilities, each owner / user of lifting equipment is required after the acquisition of the facility or after its assembly, but before putting it into operation, to register it before an authority for technical surveillance

Any kind of lifting equipment can be stopped from operation if it has not been registered before the technical surveillance bodies!
