Strategic projects of Rostelecom Digital Government Rostelecom is the only supplier authorized to deliver a series of components of the Special Federal Program Information Society (2011-2020). As a part of this program, Rostelecom is the sole developer and operator of the Digital Government project infrastructure. Digital Government is a new convenient interface connecting citizens with the government institutions using information and communication technologies. More than 70 federal subjects of Russia have already started the development of regional Digital Government infrastructures together with Rostelecom. On March 4, more than 3.5 million people watched 7.9 million video feeds of the election on www.webvybory2012.ru web portal. More than 91.7 thousand computer appliances were installed all over Russia to support this largest-ever and the most time-critical project
