The ground floor is a tavern like dining room fit to accommodate 25 people, equipped with a fireplace, cable TV and home theater. The setting also includes a bedroom, fully loaded kitchen and a separate bathroom.
The floor plan for the second story includes tree double rooms and two master bedrooms. All of there include a bathroom, AC unit, TV set and a holding ability for an extra bed.
