The details may be based on clients documents or designed on site Production of details for automation Cutting and bending of medium-sized metal parts from sheets up to 2mm thick Manufacturing of parts, assemblies and machines by cutting. Details may be made from client documents or designed by Sigma-kam Manufacturing of metal details by soldering Sigma Kam Ltd. is a successor to sole trader Georgi Bahchevanov – established 1992 in Smolyan. The company deals with mechanical engineering since 1994 It started with production of concrete anchor bolts Since 1995 began production of accessories for aluminum frame windows - corner joints (gabi big). A year later began production of MO 19, strikers and small corner joints (gabi small) In 2000 the company moved to Plovdiv. Here in the next 10 years it creates its own production facilities which 35 machines in place. The range of manufactured accessories for aluminum windows is extended with P 100.1, MO 20, MO21, MS 36 and medium corner joints (gabi medium) After that are developed and implemented conveyor belts accessories - light type In 2008. starting development and deployment of Truck tilt accessories Sigma Kam Ltd. has its own production base in the southeastern industrial zone of Plovdiv. The company has build two workshops - mechanical and metal extrusion: Mechanical - equipped with universal and special metal cutting machines for production of wide variaty of tooling and machine parts. Press - equipped with cutting-up machines, presses from 3 to 100 tons and folding machine for bending small/medium-sized details.
