TECHNICAL DIAGNOSTICS BURGAS Ltd (TDB) offers non-destructive and destructive control of metals and metal facilities, vibrodiagnostics of machines, acoustic-emission control, metrological control and expert examinations and analysis of the remaining resource.
The company is operating under the name “TECHNICAL DIAGNOSTICS BURGAS” Ltd (TDB) since 01.09.2004 and it is a result of the ‘LUKOIL’ Plc. policy of restructuring and outsourcing of non-profiled activities. The gained 35-year experience and trust in our work is defining it as the main contractor of control and diagnostics activities in ‘LUKOIL NEFTOCHIM BURGAS’ Plc.
Created 35 years ago in “NEFTOCHIM” as a complex laboratory for equipment control and diagnostics and nowadays as an independent legal entity. TDB has retained and developed further the high professionalism and quality of performed technical services. The company possesses Management System Certificate by “TUV Rhineland Bulgaria” Ltd. under ISO 9001:2000 for the entire range of services and activities offered.
Since April 2009, TDB is a subcontractor (for the performance of destructive and non-destructive control) of “TUV Rhineland Bulgaria” Ltd. in relation to its activity as notifying body for evaluation of conformity of vessels and equipment under pressure, according to the Regulations on the substantial requirements and evaluation of the conformity thereof.
All TDB services and activities have been approved by the Bulgarian Ship Register for the performance of services and activities on ships with BSR class.
“Non-destructive Control” and “Destructive Control” Departments are united in a Control Body “Static Equipment Control and Diagnostics” accredited under Bulgarian State Standard EN ISO/IEC 17020:2008 by Executive Agency “Bulgarian Accreditation Service”. The certificates and protocols of the control preformed are used in the legalization of vessels, facilities and transportable equipment under pressure by State Agency “Metrology and Technical Supervision” and/or arbitration.
