The most basic and most important technology operation for some types of manufacture is indeed dehydration, for the product as such is formed by it or it acquires its typical characteristics - for example manufacture based on plastic masses: porcelain faience products, ceramic bricks ; dough products: macaroni, vermicelli, spaghetti ; dry milks, pharmaceutical products and others soluble extracts.
